- Shipping Origin and Carriers: Orders are fulfilled by a third-party provider with facilities in Europe. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.
- Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be sent back to our fulfillment facility, and any reshipment fees will be charged to you.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: For shipments within Europe, any applicable VAT is included in the order total. No additional customs fees are typically applied within the European Economic Area.
- Lost in Transit: If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number and tracking details. We will investigate with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, arrange a replacement order. Additional shipping fees may apply.
3. Returns and Exchanges
